We are passionate about health and fitness and as personal trainers, we strive to assist our members in achieving their individual fitness and health targets. We do so by utilising relatively new technology, EMS (Electro Muscular Stimulation), which is revolutionising the fitness industry.

With EMS, individual fitness and health targets can be reached by doing as few as four 20-minute sessions per month. We also offer our members personal and free access to qualified nutrition doctors to ensure that optimum results can be achieved in the shortest time frame possible. We track and provide feedback on each member's progress on a weekly basis by using our Inbody device which measures body composition, including muscle and segmental fat analysis, bone density, and several health factors. We use these results to determine the training required for you to achieve your personal targets and for new targets to be set.

We provide both strength and cardio training and also have a recovery and rehabilitation setting which assists with the recovery of strained or damaged muscles.
