The FitTrac Programme

Holistic Wellness at its best! Introducing Body20’s FitTrac Programme

How do you measure how healthy you are? Do you base it on how toned your body is? How fulfilled do you feel? Aesthetics versus happiness? What if we told you that you should have a significant balance of both?

Introducing the Body20 FitTrac Programme. A unique programme designed around holistic wellness and exclusively available to Body20 Members. Exactly as it sounds, the aim of the FitTrac Programme is to set you on the right track to achieving your goals and remaining fit and healthy inside and out.

What exactly is the FitTrac Programme?

Simply put, the FitTrac programme is designed to tackle all aspects of our Members’ wellness. At its core, wellness is the focus on the five health promoting behaviours: Diet, Stress, Sleep, Activity and Mindset/Motivation. These five behaviours are imperative to your progression.

Let’s break it down.

EMS Sessions

Body20 Members begin their journey with us with an Inbody Assessment which will help their Coach gain an in-depth understanding of their individual body composition. A training programme is then set up, with the right balance of strength and cardio which will work in conjunction with a personalized eating plan, all designed with your goals in mind.

The Nutrition of it all.

In the words of Master EMS Trainer, Neil Campher, “diet is essentially the be all and end all. It doesn’t matter how hard you train, without the right diet, you will not be able to make changes to your body composition.”

This is where the Nutrition Doctors come in. On signing up, Members fill in a short questionnaire about their current eating habits, preferences and goals. Based on this information, the Member’s most recent InBody results and their medical history, this personalized dietician service formulates an eating plan unique to the Member to help them achieve their goals.

Body20 and the Nutrition Doctors aim to quieten the noise around all the fad diets thrown at us in the media, ensuring that our Members have a well rounded and intrinsic understanding of how their body works.

Whilst many fad diets do work in the short run, our goal is to ensure that your eating plan is sustainable and easily maintained on an ongoing basis. Body20 is no fad and is proven to stand the test of time, producing sustainable results for our Members.

Whilst an initially rigid diet plan may be implemented to kickstart your goals, our Nutrition Doctors allow for flexibility within your unique eating plan. The service is easily accessible, no appointments, and a direct line to a Nutrition Doctor allows you to have a personal relationship with one of our Nutrition Doctors rather than waiting days or even weeks for a response to your questions.

On the MemberZone, Members can peruse diet options, get inspired with meal recipes, read testimonials and have further access to interesting articles about how your diet affects your sleep and stress levels, with helpful tips to assist you combat these challenges.

Mindful Motivation

What is happening to you on the inside, will affect your outside. Not enough emphasis is placed on mental health and Body20 endeavors to change that. Our Body20 Coaches facilitate troubleshooting consultations around potential challenging areas in a Member’s lifestyle, then based on their findings, will refer them to relevant content from our wellness coaching library.

Should a Member require more in-depth or one on one wellness coaching, they will be referred directly to one of our professional wellness coaches who will be able to assist.

Our marriage with experienced professionals allows us to offer this unique service to our Members, working hard to improve the quality of life of each and every member of the Body20 family.

So, what should you expect?

Remember, holistic health is a marathon not a sprint especially when you are aiming for sustainability of your new lifestyle.

Step 1: Your InBody Assessment and explanation of your current body composition by your Coach.

Step 2: Fitness test (six simple exercises) Don’t panic, this is not a test you can fail! This test is there to establish a baseline starting point from which to launch your holistic health journey.

Step 3: Set your goals with your EMS training programme with your Coach.

Step 4: At session 6, a follow up fitness test is done to see your progression after 6 weeks and identify areas that might need more focus. This troubleshooting process will also include a discussion around your current eating plan and overall mental wellness. Any adjustments that need to be made, will be implemented.

Step 5: Continue with your personalized training programme and personalised eating plan until week 12.

Step 6: Every 6 weeks, your coach will engage in the troubleshooting process, a further fitness test and ensure we stay on top of each Member’s individual progression, making the necessary adjustments along the way to ensure that the Member’s goals are reached.
